Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies

Peanut Butter and Jelly is the greatest way to have a quick, delicious meal.  Today I will tell you how to make Peanut Butter and Jelly cookies.

Peanut-Butter-and-Jelly-Cookies(2)

The ingredients you need are the following:

2-3/4 cups  flour

1 cup  sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 cups  peanut butter

 1 stick butter

1/2 cup honey, if desired

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 cup of desired jelly

So pretty much all you do is mix everything except the jelly, honey and milk  with a mixer for a few minutes until it is crumbly.  After it is nice and crumbly, then you can mix in the milk and honey.

Once you have the batch nice and thick, roll the dough into balls and plop them on a cookie sheet, pop a finger to make a little crater in the middle, and fill the crater with you jelly.

Pop them in the oven on 375 degrees and bake for about 10 minutes. Let cool and enjoy.

Peanut Butter and Fluff

Today I will show you how to make a delicious sandwich with Peanut Butter and Fluff.

The first thing you do is stir the peanut butter a little; I do this because the peanut oil sometimes separate and sits on top and no one wants a slimy sandwich.

After it is whipped up a little, I spread a thick layer of peanut butter on whatever bread I have (potato bread is the best).

Once I have spread the peanut butter thick, and making sure it is even all around, I open the Fluff[1] and proceed to scoop out as much as I need for the whole sandwich in one scoop.  I only do one scoop because as soon as the fluff touches the bread, it sticks and the bread is left on the knife and it keeps everything clean.

This is the basic creation of a peanut butter and fluff sandwich.

P.S. If you are really in the mood for sweet treats, it is also not a bad idea, if you have a can of whipped cream or a bottle of chocolate syrup in the fridge, to add a little on the sandwich.  I urge you not to put more than a squirt or two of syrup on the sandwich or you will have a super sweet one.

       MarshmallowFluff

[1] Marshmallow Fluff is still produced by the same batch process developed over 75 years ago – it’s the only marshmallow creme made in this manner. It’s what makes Durkee-Mower’s product so fluffy, white, and smooth; it’s what makes the difference. Because Marshmallow Fluff is made only with the finest ingredients under the most demanding sanitary conditions, it requires no artificial preservatives. (Inc., 2013)

Peanut Butter No-Bake Cookies

p1

Today I will teach you how to make Peanut Butter No-Bake cookies in  less than 10 minutes. This is a crash course for these cookies.  If you would like a more detailed recipe follow this link:  PB No-Bakes.

First things first, the ingredients:

                                                             Peanut Butter (Duhhh),  1 Cup

                                                              2 Cups of Sugar

                                                              1 Stick of Butter

                                                              1/2 Cup of Milk

If you have Vanilla Extract, add 1 teaspoon, if not, its all good.

And finally 3 cups of Oatmeal.

So, the cooking directions are the easiest directions ever.  All you do is bring the sugar, butter, and milk to a boil.  After that’s bubbling, add the peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.

That’s it.  After you mix in the Peanut Butter and oatmeal, scoop the mixture onto wax paper or a plate or your lap, and let them cool and harden and there you go, you have cookies in 5 to 8 minutes.

P.S.  Here’s a tip, if you like different flavors like I do sometimes.  Instead of plain oatmeal, try mixing in one or two of the blend packets with the Maple and Brown sugar oatmeal.  It will add a sweet flavor that is delicious.

Thanks for tuning in.  Stay alert for my next creation.  Enjoy.

Peanut Butter Rice Krispie Treats

Today I will teach you how to make delicious Peanut Butter Krispie Treats.

fsd

Rice Krispie treats are delicious, but peanut butter krispie treats are even better. Make no mistake though, THERE ARE NO MARSHMELLOWS IN THIS RECIPE.

Now that that’s out to the way, the only two ingredients you will need for the recipe are, guess what, Peanut Butter and Rice Krispies.  The key to making it right is to put a good about 2 cups of peanut butter per 6-inch pan.  Take the peanut butter and put it over the stove in a pan until it is totally melted but not boiling.  Then all you have to do is mix the Rice Krispies and Peanut butter and put it in the fridge for a few hours and it will harden up into a perfect little treat you can cut up.
